CLASS TYPES

We're originally famous for mini trampoline workouts, offering an array of different class styles on rebounders.

Now, specialising in resistance-based fitness, we've evolved into offering classes using even more types of equipment including reformers, bungee cables, freestanding box bags and spin bikes

((BOUNCE))

The original 1 hour dance-cardio class featuring  jumping routines and muscle toning exercises 

((B)) BARBELLS

Strength and conditioning using a barbell on the floor and laying on the trampoline.

((B)) BOOTCAMP

A circuits-based session rotating around trampoline stations like you would with a PT. 

((B)) BED

Reformer Pilates class to tone, sculpt and strengthen, using varying resistance springs.

((B)) BEATS

A percussion-based workout using weighted drumsticks to emphasise the upper body. 

((B)) BALANCE

Bodyflows, yoga and pilates moves with basic bouncing routines ideal for agility.

((B)) BELLY

A core-centric class, attacking the abs in this toning session without any jumping.

Our unique bungee cable class where you jump, squat, sprint and love to fly.
