Here we feature all of the ((BOUNCE)) class catalogue, including Beats, Barbells, Bootcamp, Balance and Belly, as well as some other very different and unique fitness programs, such as Fight Klub, Bike, Reformer Pilates, Aerial Silk Yoga and Bungee Fit.
All of our classes here are child-friendly, with dedicated areas for the kids to play and enjoy their time safely, close to you while you workout. Young children are even welcome to bop along on a trampoline next to you.
This is also where you'll find our renowned Boutique, where you can browse and purchase a huge selection of branded activewear and merchandise.
The venue is available for any third party hirers, and very popular for kids birthday parties due to it's vast size and facilities.

Fight Klub is a Drum n Bass rave workout centred around freestanding punch bags using combinations of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks including a bit of time for toning at the end. Use our boxing gloves we provide them on arrival or bring your own (you can even do it without gloves if you prefer not to actually hit the bag and follow along the combos).
AERIAL SILK YOGA
Combining yoga, pilates and suspension-based fitness enjoy a unique gravity-free class performed on silk swing hammocks. Conditioning the abs, arms, glutes, legs, heart, lungs and mind by utilising the core and the breath, participants work up a sweat by advancing though yoga poses and flows. In anti-gravity yoga the weightlessness decompresses the spine, increases blood flow and relaxes muscles whilst the digestive, circulatory and lymphatic systems also improve.
Not suitable for women who are pregnant. Max weight limit 150kg.

A fast, intensive 30 minute resistance training fitness class. A fast full body cardio workout that focuses on core strength, speed, balance, muscle tone and fitness performance. The bungee cord is used as a resistance training tool that leverages gravity and body weight – the harder you push the higher you fly. The weight limit for the bungee harness is 14 stone with a maximum measurement of waist 40”, leg loop 26.3” (approximately a UK size 14).
