OUR CLASS TYPES

There's a class style to suit everybody at ((BOUNCE)).

We've developed multiple resistance-based programs to suit all fitness interests, ranging from cardio to strength, body-flow to circuits!

((BOUNCE)) trampoline workouts improve weight loss up to 3 times faster than floor-based exercise due to the addition of gravity and g-force, it builds core strength quickly, is a cellular workout and detoxifies the body efficiently thanks to the lymphatic system being pumped as we jump. There's oodles of scientific research on the health benefits of rebounding, but most impressively we're aiming to lose over 700 calories per session, and have fun of course... that's what trampolines were made for!

((BOUNCE))

The original 1 hour dance-cardio class featuring 45 mins of choreographed jumping routines, burning calories fast, followed by 15 mins of toning exercises lying on the trampoline.

((BOUNCE)) BARBELLS

Our strength and conditioning class incorporates barbells and weight plates to perform static moves off the trampolines.

High reps with low level weights.

((BOUNCE)) BOOTCAMP

A circuits-based session which sees you rotating around trampoline stations doing plyometric and isometric exercises. Just like a challenging group PT training session.

((BOUNCE)) BEATS

Our percussion-based workout using weighted drumsticks to emphasise the upper body. It's carnivalé style, making this session joyful, wild and free, for 45 mins of rhythm fitness.

((BOUNCE)) BALANCE

Bodyflow yoga and pilates moves increase core strength, agility and flexibility in this calm but challenging class. Incorporating stability and basic bouncing routines, it's a little bit of zen.

((BOUNCE)) BELLY

A circuits-based session which sees you rotating around trampoline stations doing plyometric and isometric exercises. Just like a challenging group PT training session.
